Your privacy is important to us, and we want to ensure that you understand what information we collect, how it's used, and with whom it's shared. This privacy policy applies to personally identifying information (“PII”) and other information that is collected when you use the Revscale platform.
Revscale is provided by Revscale Technologies, Inc., a Delaware company with a business mailing address at 40 SE 5th Street Suite 402 Boca Raton, FL 33432 (“Revscale” or “we”). We work with third-party service providers (“Service Providers") to maintain and operate the platform. Service Providers include vendors and suppliers that provide us with technologies, services, and/or content for the platform, updating the data in the platform, analyzing the operation of the platform (“Analytics”), advertising and marketing, and customer services.
PII Collected Directly
To use the account-specific features of the Revscale platform, you must create an account. To create an account, you must provide your name, email address, and other information required to set up your account. We may also collect any PII that you choose to provide to us directly, such as when you contact us with a question or request.
PII Received From Third Parties
We may receive PII and other information about you from third parties. For example, if you access the Revscale platform by linking the platform to a third-party site, that third party may pass certain information about your use of its service to us. Such information may include the user ID associated with that account (such as your Facebook® I.D.), an access token necessary to access that service, any information that you have permitted the third party to share with us, and any information you have made public in connection with that service. You should always review and adjust your privacy settings on third-party websites and services before linking or connecting them to the Revscale platform.

Device Identifiers
When you access the Revscale platform through your device, we and our Service Providers may access, collect, monitor, and/or remotely store information about your device, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifier, browser type and language, serial number, and mobile network information (collectively, “Device Identifiers”).
Usage Data
When you access the Revscale platform through your device, we and our Service Providers may access, collect, monitor, and/or remotely store “Usage Data,” which may include information about how you use the platform, such as which features you use and how often.
Other Information
We collect other information through our use of cookies and other technology. We use these technologies to collect information about how you interact with the Revscale platform, such as which features you use and how often, and to collect information about your device and how you use it. We also use this information to improve the Revscale platform and to provide you with a better user experience.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information that we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the Revscale platform and to provide you with a better user experience. We may also use your information to communicate with you, to personalize your experience, to provide you with targeted advertising, and to offer you products and services that we believe may be of interest to you.
Data Collection and Predictive Analytics
Revscale collects data from its users to improve its sales and marketing automation features. Revscale may parse through millions of data points to utilize predictive analytics principles to build its automation engine(s). This data may include, but is not limited to, user behavior on the Revscale platform.
Third-Party Advertisers
Revscale may profit from allowing third-party advertisers to choose filters for accessing users via the Revscale platform to display ads. Revscale does not provide any personal information to third-party advertisers, and all advertisements are subject to our advertising policies.
Use of OpenAI Algorithms
Revscale uses OpenAI algorithms to enhance the user experience and provide insights to the Revscale team about how to improve the product and/or value of the company. This may include analyzing user data to identify patterns and trends, improving our automation engine, and creating new features and services.
Repurposing of Data
Revscale may repurpose the data collected from users for sale to third-party companies. This data will be anonymized and aggregated, and will not include any personally identifying information. We may use the insights gained from the OpenAI algorithms to improve the quality of the data and make it more valuable to third-party companies.

Analyze and improve the Revscale platform
Develop and offer new products and services

How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your PII to third parties for their marketing purposes. However, we may share your information with third parties for other purposes, including:
Revscale is building a super database of buyer intent patterns augmented by contact information. This database will be used to improve the quality of the data and make it more valuable to third-party companies. Even if you are not a user of a Revscale product, your information may be collected and remain in this database. Revscale may use the insights gained from the OpenAI algorithms to repurpose the data collected from users for sale to third-party companies in anonymized and aggregated form, without including any personally identifying information. By using our platform, you acknowledge and consent to the creation and maintenance of this super database.
Service Providers: We may share your information with Service Providers to help us operate and improve the Revscale platform. These Service Providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. In such cases, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Revscale platform of any change in ownership or uses of your PII, as well as any choices you may have regarding your PII.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a subpoena or court order or if we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
Security of Your Information
We take reasonable measures to protect your PII from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your PII, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
You have the right to access, update, and correct your PII. You may also request that we delete your PII. However, we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes or to complete transactions that you have initiated prior to requesting such deletion.
You may opt-out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the instructions in those emails. If you opt-out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as those related to your account or transactions with us.
Children's Privacy
The Revscale platform is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect PII from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected PII from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information as soon as possible.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Revscale platform prior to the change becoming effective.
